Airport Transfers The airport transfer rates are as follows:

Banking Facilities Banks operate Monday to Friday from 9.30 a.m. til 3.00 p.m. but are closed on all Public holidays, Saturdays & Sundays

Check-In & Check-Out Check-in & check-out times are flexible dependant on suite availability. Please inform our manager if you require a late check out as late check out policies and rates apply, depending on our levels of occupancy.

Drivers & Personal Staff We regret we do not provide separate staff accommodation for valets/drivers/personal staff of guests on the property. Our manager can arrange accommodation for them close by at a minimum cost for which your driver/staff should be paid directly

First Aid & Medical Attention A first aid box is located at reception & some of our staff are First Aid qualified.

Flight Confirmation Re-confirmation of flight tickets can be arranged by us. Please hand over your flight details as you check in.

Insurance & Travel Documents You are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance, including full medical coverage, when you book your holiday. You will also need to ensure that you have a valid visa and passport for the duration of your stay in Sri Lanka.
