• Maximum guests 10 adults and two children
 
• 25% deposit on accommodation total to confirm booking (via bank transfer to our account or cash payment in head office, Colombo) 50% deposit for bookings during December & January "peak" season
 
• Balance payment for accommodation to be paid one month before arrival date
 
• Check in at 1pm and Check out 11am, flexible depending on availability
 
• Hotel accepts Visa, Master Cards, American Express, EURO, British pound, US$ and Sri Lankan cash payments
 
• Airport transfers are available at US$95 one way.
 
• Minimum 2 nights stay, 3 nights during peak period
 
• Net rates are inclusive of Breakfast, statutory 10% service charge and 17.65% government taxes
• December 24th & December 31st compulsory supplements apply for accommodation on those nights (approx. US$150 per person / night).  

Whole Villa rental

The entire villa (5 suites) is available for your private use at US$1391++ (villa only, subject to statutory 10% service charge + 17.65% taxes) per night. Please note that a minimum stay policy of 3 nights is applicable for whole villa rentals. All rates and applicable taxes are subject to change without prior notice.

We offer an a la carte menu from which you can order all meals when on B&B basis.
