Dine under a stylish and breezy open pavilion overlooking the pool as you indulge in the tastes of local, fusion, and international cuisine at this Bentota villa.
The signature Taru Villas’ breakfast (included) will give you more options than you can handle on a single holiday with everything from the traditional Sri Lankan feast, to Continental assortments and health conscious ‘clean’ meals. Your lunch menu promises to keep you spoilt for choice with a selection ranging from lighter options such as soups and salads, to the Sri Lankan mezze platter if you are feeling adventurous. With locally caught fish and shellfish, any of the seafood centered dishes are ‘must tries’.
Whether you choose the hot buttered cuttlefish on egg noodles, the seafood laksa, or the pumpkin ravioli with grilled prawns, you will only be served the freshest of locally caught seafood and island grown vegetables. Dinner is a more extravagant three course affair that is specially created each evening to ensure that your senses will never be dulled by repetition.
We will also be happy to refine our menu to satisfy your cravings and meet any dietary requirements. Whatever you desire, give us a little notice and allow our chef to stoke the fires of your passion for good food.
