These protocols have met and exceed requirements from both the Sri Lankan authorities as well as the World Health Organization. Taru villas has received accreditation as extended Covid-19 compliance hotels by safety auditors Sanderson Phillips of UK.
Our complimentary covid health insurance provides up to a total of $50,000 USD covid related hospital expenses valid up to 30 days whilst staying at Taru Villas.
PCR tests may be required as per government/ tourist authority regulations at an extra cost. This will be arranged in the comfort of your chosen hotel or private villa.
No outside guests/ external parties will be permitted into the premises as our properties are ‘Safe and Secure Level 1’ certified.

Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival will be at no cost
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged the full value of the booking
