Child Policy

Rock Villa, River Cottage and Leela Walauwwa

Ages 0 – 6: sharing parent’s bed/extra bed will be on a free of charge basis. Ages 7 – 9: LKR 10,000/- nett per night including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Children above the age of 10 are considered adults.

All other Villas

Ages 0 – 6: sharing parent’s bed/extra bed will be on a free of charge basis. Ages 7 – 1: LKR 5,000/- nett per night including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Children above the age of 12 are considered adults.

Terms and Conditions

Only available on the specified long weekends and you must book a minimum of three nights to avail this offer.
Rate excludes lunch on the day of checkout
A minimum number of rooms are required to take advantage of this offer.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment required to confirm the reservation
Two weeks’ notice required in order to receive a full refund, thereafter credit to the value of your reservation will be issued for a period of 3 months.
