"We spent 4 nights here as part of a 2 week honeymoon trip in Sri Lanka. It was a pure luxury from the moment we arrived. the hotel itself is stunning, but for me, it was all the little details. For example, having natural mosquito lotion in the rooms, lighting a candle in the bathroom for the turn down service, stocking our rooms with dvds ,etc... The cutest this was when they presented us with a "happy honeymoon cake" on our last evening! The food has a high price tag, but was also the highest quality we ate in Sri Lanka (and still much more reasonable than UK process). The place was much quieter than I expected (I guess there are not many room) but they created a good atmosphere with some fabulous poolside music every evening. The only tiny downside was location - a couple of times we wanted to venture out a bit for dinner, and although it's only a 10-minute drive to town, we struggled a bit. But otherwise it was a dreamy honeymoon escape."
