The heritage city of Galle, located on the south western coast of Sri Lanka, is reachable within a few hours. Getting there is straightforward as there are two main routes, the Southern Expressway, which takes just over two hours to reach the city, and the old Galle Road, which is longer but more scenic. However, if you’re wondering how else to reach Galle, you could opt for a seaplane or a train ride too. The main train and bus stations are approximately 10 minutes away from our villa that's nestled within the historic Galle Fort.
