Brief Garden

Located inland from Bentota town, the Brief Garden is a kindred spirit to the Lunuganga Estate. In fact, the gardens were created by Bevis Bawa, the older brother of Geoffrey Bawa. The gardens boast a variety of flora species ranging from endemic trees to flowering plants, the complex is a kaleidoscope of colour. The home of Bevis Bawa is another inclusion that complements the rustic beauty of the complex.

The Brief Garden is a perfect attraction to visit in Bentota, especially for solo travellers, friends, families or couples staying with us at Taru Villas.
