Useful Tips

• Bentota can be accessed easily, either by road or rail. A train ride along the coast offers you some breath-taking views and we highly recommend one!
• Rock Villa, The Muse and The Long House are located adjacent to each other while River Cottage is located just 5 minutes away.
• Although the Southern Expressway is the fastest route to reach Bentota by vehicle, you could also take the old Galle Road, which is the longer but more scenic route. It’s perfect if you want to refresh yourself with a King Coconut along the way!
• Come prepared with sunscreen and comfortable attire, as the coastal town is quite hot and humid during the peak season.
